Our Organization

of KIOUSSIS TRANSYS is structured in such a way as to ensure flexibility and speed in responding to the requirements of each individual customer on the one hand, and on the other hand the ability to adapt to a highly competitive market.

The Operations Department of KIOUSSIS TRANSYS is organised in the following departments:

– Large Business Services (Key Accounts)

– Service for private persons

– Transportation Management & Network Support.

These departments work in harmony with each other to provide customers with immediate response, speed and unparalleled service, both in the Business to Business sector and to retail customers.

The Operations Directorate is supported by the Finance Directorate and the IT Directorate, which are equipped with modern ERP/CRM information systems for better control and monitoring of activities.

With the introduction of the Quality Assurance System according to the ISO 9001:2000 Standard, issued by the prestigious Certification Body TUV Germany, KIOUSSIS TRANSYS has systematized all the necessary procedures and safeguards that guarantee excellent customer service.
